Terms of Service

Welcome to LineSniper ("Service," "we," "us"), available at linesniperbetting.com and related board or API endpoints. By creating an account, signing in, clicking to accept, or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What LineSniper is

LineSniper provides sports analytics, odds comparison tools, model scores, historical "Proof" tracking, and educational decision-support features. We are not a sportsbook, casino, prediction market operator, broker, investment adviser, or money-transmitter. We do not accept wagers, hold customer betting funds, or execute bets on your behalf. Any wagers you place are solely with third-party books or platforms under their own terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use the Service. You represent that you have legal capacity to enter this agreement. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including laws about sports betting, online services, and gambling where you live or access the Service. If sports betting is illegal for you, do not use our tools to place or plan bets.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, share accounts, reverse-engineer systems, scrape data excessively, or violate these Terms. Account access is personal and non-transferable unless we agree in writing.

4. Free trial and subscriptions

New accounts may receive a limited free trial of paid features (for example, a short period of full live access). After the trial, continued use of live boards and related paid features requires an active subscription. Plans, prices, and features are described on the Pricing page and may change for future billing periods with notice where required. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

Subscriptions renew on the stated cycle until canceled. You can cancel through the billing tools provided in the app (Clerk / Stripe). Unless we state otherwise in writing, fees already charged for a billing period are not refunded on a pro-rated basis when you cancel mid-cycle. Complimentary (comp) access may be granted or revoked by us at our discretion. Subscription fees are for software access, not for betting outcomes. We do not refund subscription fees because of losses on wagers you place with third parties.

5. Acceptable use

• No illegal activity or use that violates gambling or other laws where you are
• No resale of feeds, bulk scraping, or sharing paid access
• No attempts to bypass paywalls, trials, or security controls
• No harassment or abuse of support channels
• No use of outputs as a substitute for professional advice

6. Analytics only — not advice, not a guarantee

Scores, probabilities, edges, multipliers, "Parlay of the Day," Suggested tickets, Daily board ranks, Proof ledger results, hit rates, self-eval summaries, and any other outputs are estimates, models, and historical summaries only. They may be wrong, delayed, incomplete, or based on imperfect data feeds. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Nothing on LineSniper is financial, investment, legal, tax, or betting advice. We do not recommend that you place any specific wager. You alone decide whether and how to use information and whether to place any bets with third parties. You assume all risk of loss from any betting or other decisions you make.

7. Assumption of risk (betting losses)

If you choose to gamble or place sports bets after viewing our content, you do so entirely at your own risk. Sports betting involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that LineSniper and its operators are not responsible or liable for:

• Any money you lose (or fail to win) on bets or parlays
• Decisions you make based on scores, POTD, Suggested tickets, Proof stats, or any other feature
• Errors, outages, delayed lines, voided legs, or third-party book rules
• Reliance on hit rates, self-eval claims, or model "learning"

You release us from claims arising out of such losses to the maximum extent allowed by law. This is a core condition of using the Service.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, software, models, and content (excluding your personal saved tickets) are owned by LineSniper or its licensors. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes under these Terms. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute proprietary feeds or systematically scrape the Service without written permission.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, accurate odds, accurate probabilities, or profitable use.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINE SNIPER, ITS OPERATORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR BETTING OR GAMBLING LOSSES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50) IF YOU PAID NOTHING. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LineSniper and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Service; (b) any bets or financial decisions you make; (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (d) your content or saved tickets.

12. Disputes; governing law

Contact us first at the email on the Contact page so we can try to resolve billing or product issues informally. For payment disputes, include your account email, approximate charge date, and description. We will respond within a reasonable time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your place of residence require otherwise. Subject to those mandatory rights, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of state or federal courts located in Delaware for disputes that are not resolved informally, unless applicable law requires a different forum.

Class action waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and LineSniper agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

Nothing here limits non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date and version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may also ask you to re-accept Terms through the product or authentication provider.

14. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede prior oral or written understandings on that subject. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
