This Privacy Policy describes how LineSniper ("we", "us") handles information when you use linesniperbetting.com and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you acknowledge this Policy together with our Terms of Service and Disclaimer.

• Billing data: handled by Clerk and Stripe (we do not store full card numbers on our servers)
• Usage data: saved tickets you create, product interactions, feature flags, basic server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps, referrer)
• Legal acceptance records: timestamps and version of Terms / Privacy / age-disclaimer acceptance (including via Clerk Legal compliance when enabled)
• Communications: messages you send to support
• Device / browser data: cookies and local storage needed for sessions, preferences, and product function

2. How we use information

• Provide, operate, and secure the Service
• Authenticate you and manage sessions
• Process subscriptions and prevent fraud or abuse
• Improve product quality, models, and support
• Record legal consent and enforce Terms

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not use your personal data to place bets on your behalf.

3. Processors / third parties

We use trusted providers, including:

• Clerk — authentication, user management, legal consent tooling, billing UI
• Stripe — payment processing (via Clerk Billing in production)
• Hosting / VPS / CDN — application and board servers, security, and delivery
• Sports data providers — odds and stats used to power boards (we receive public/commercial feeds; we do not sell your personal data to them for marketing)

These providers process data under their own privacy terms when they act as independent controllers (for example payment networks). When they act as our processors, they may only use data to provide services to us.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies required for login sessions, security, and core product function. You can control cookies in your browser; disabling them may break sign-in or features. We may also use limited analytics to understand product usage.

5. Retention

We keep account, ticket, billing metadata, and legal-acceptance records while your account is active and as needed for billing, disputes, fraud prevention, security, and legal obligations. You may request account deletion via Contact; we will delete or anonymize personal data where we are not required to retain it (for example tax, dispute, or fraud records may be kept longer as required by law).

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS, access controls, secret management). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and devices.

7. International users

The Service is operated from infrastructure that may be located in the United States or other countries. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you consent to transfer and processing of information in those locations, subject to applicable law.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

9. Your choices

You may update account details in the app, cancel subscriptions via billing tools, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data where applicable law provides those rights.
